First time for everything, I guess

So, I've never once been away from Kade overnight since he was born. Period. Not once and this weekend will be the first time. I'm flying to Atlanta to go to a baby shower for one of my good friends and I'm going alone. Not only have I never been away from Kade, but I've never flown by myself before! Double anxiety here! Then I'm driving 10 hours back on Sunday! Long long weekend but will be so ready to get back to my baby boy and husband. Looking forward to seeing my friend and family though too. I just need to grow up and put my big girl panties on!
